Rehearsal Absence
If you are unable to attend a scheduled rehearsal, or most importantly, an orchestra performance, you must notify your absence as soon as the conflict is identified. You should send your absence report before 5:00 pm of the rehearsal day.
Even if you miss the report deadline, you still must make the absence report. It is most convenient for the Attendance Coordinator (Linda Jenkins) to process absence report if you use the form below.
Alternatively, you may call the YSDP attendance telephone (630-415-3395), and leave your message on the answering machine. Please leave your name, your instrument, which orchestra, the date of the rehearsal, and a brief explanation of why.
